OEMT is derived from police motorcycle training courses. OEMT is directed towards motorcycle riders that have already completed a police motorcycle operator course, or a civilian equivalent. OEMT is designed for experienced riders that are yearning to increase their motorcycle skill level. The course will be taught by highly trained, highly motivated instructors.

Marty Gray

Husband and father of two.

U.S. Army 7th Infantry Division veteran.

Police Motorcycle Operator - 2009, Cleveland Police Department Motorcycle Operator School (40 hours).

Certified Police Motorcycle Operator Course - 2016, Harley Davidson & Northwestern University (80 hours).

Certified Police Motorcycle Instructor Course- 2017, Harley Davidson & Northwestern University (120 hours).

Lead Motorcycle Instructor for the Cleveland Police Department- 2017 - 2021 (retired).

Owner and Motorcycle Instructor for civilian advanced motorcycle skills school, 2016 - present.

Motorcycle Instructor for Cuyahoga Community College (CCC) - Police Motorcycle Instructor Course, the CCC Police Motorcycle Operator Course, and the CCC Police Motorcycle Instructor Recertification Course, 2021 - present.

International Competitor - police motorcycle skills competitions, 2016- present.

Jeff Belsito

Husband and father of two.

Started his quest to engage in slow speed maneuverability in 2019.

Completed multiple advanced riding classes in multiple states to continue his growth in this endeavor.

Engaged in several one-on-one training sessions with a certified trainer.

Competed nationally and internationally in motorcycle skills events.

Earned his way into Expert Class due to his riding skills and placements in motorcycle skills events.

Assisted instructing an advanced police motorcycle operator course.

Frank Leyva

Husband and father of three.
