Police Expert (Non-Fairing)

Any active or retired police motorcycle officer (must show retired police officer ID), operating his/her department issued motorcycle or equivalent (must be 2009 or newer), who has placed in any prior motorcycle skills event. Any motorcycle officer or retired officer who is a motorcycle instructor.
